Keynote Speakers

The conference will feature Keynote Addresses by:
  • Rob Gilbert , Professor of Education, University of Queensland;
  • former primary teacher Cathie Holden, Professor of Initial Teacher Education, University of Exeter, UK; and
  • former Victorian Australian of the Year, Tim Costello, CEO, World Vision Australia.

Learning for Life: Sustainability, Global Citizenship and Social Justice

The SEAA Biennial conference for 2010 will be held in conjunction with the SA Studies of Society and Environment Conference. Each year the SASOSE conference is designed to follow the themes of the UN International Year which in 2010 will be the 'International Year of Biodiversity' and 'International Year of Rapprochement of Cultures'.  It is also midway through the 'UN Decade of Sustainability'
