Workshop, Paper and Field Trip Options

Thank you to everyone who has offered workshops, papers or field trips for delegates for the SEAA/SASOSE conference. These have now closed and workshop and paper sessions have been allocated. All delegates will be informed by email of their acceptance by October 21st. If your paper has been accepted as a referred paper please remember these are due on 30th November 2009.

Details of all workshop, paper and field trip sessions - including the time they are offered and a description of each session is in the full program: see Conference Program

Once registered all delegates are asked to print out and complete the form 'Workshop, paper and Field Trip Preferences' to indicate your choice for these sessions and fax or scan and email it back to the conference organisers.

Places in these sessions will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of this form. Once workshop, paper or field trip sessions are full this will be indicated on the program.

Delegates will be sent an email indicating which sessions they have been allocated to by mid January and those people who have offered to run session will be given the numbers expected in their session and a list of names late in January.

Room will be allocated for these sessions at that time and these will be in the conference booklet in each delegates conference bags, which are to be collected on registration in Adelaide
